Maintenance Agreement Includes:
Check evaporator and condenser coils, electrical connections, load amp draw on all motors/compressors and resistive heaters, refrigerant charge, motor bearings, belt condition (if applicable), condition of electrical components (i.e. contactors, relays, capacitors, etc.), thermostat operation and calibration, clean and purge condensate pan and drain line, check safety controls, change filter(s), add algae treatment, check cooling and heating temperature differentials and make minor repairs or corrections*.
10% discount on all repairs 5% discount on equipment replacement.
Exclusive 24 hour service.
*Equipment must be in reasonable maintainable condition some additional repairs may be required.
Agreement:
Hubbard AC Services, Inc. will perform maintenance on ____air conditioning system(s) for a total of ______visits per contract year.
Option #1 Quarterly Contract includes:
Change all filters at each visit, perform full maintenance on first and third quarters and check general cooling/heating operation
On second and fourth visit includes visual checks.
Cost of this service is $__________per year.
Option #2 Semi-Annual Contract includes:
Perform full maintenance as described on both visits. Customer will need to change filters in between visits.
